Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman has been a gymnast from the US for more than 10 decades. She was a member, and captain, of both the US Olympic Women's Gymnastics Team Fierce Five (2012) and Final Five (2016). At the 2012 Olympics in London she took home gold medals in team and floor competitions and bronze on the balance beam. In 2012 she was the very first American athlete to win the most medals at the Olympics. She won the gold in the team event at the 2016 Olympics that was her as well as Gabby Douglas first Americans to be the first pair of gold medalists back-to-back. She also won two silver medals, one for the floor exercise and the individual all-around. Three years have passed when she last participated in gymnastics competitions. Additionally, she was among the gold-winning American teams in two World Championships. The gymnastics classes began at the age of 2 and enjoys exercises on the floor. Aly contributes towards the Uniting Against Lung Cancer charity in honor of her departed grandmother. She plans to pursue an occupation in fashion and hopes to broaden her signature line of leotards as well as socks in the future. She's writing a book titled Fierce which will come out in the coming months.
